STOP NAIL BITING WITH NLP

A big part of the actions we humans take are due to your perceptions and, of course, they are not always correct. Concentrate on that image and try to remember as many details about it as possible. Pretend you are in that moment and listen to the sounds really focus on the images. It's almost sure to bring a smile to your face.
